You begin your course by enjoying a visit to a local Thai market where you will be shown how to select fresh ingredients for your course. Skilled Thai cooks will demonstrate the secrets of real Thai cooking for you, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Returning home you will surprise family and friends when you can prepare authentic Thai dishes. On completing the cooking you will enjoy the efforts of your labor by eating the food in the company of the other guests. You will receive a Thai Recipe Book.
